LocalView Tech Private Limited operates imgconvert.site and is the Data Fiduciary for personal data described in this notice. This notice explains our practices under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules. Some requirements have phased commencement; we apply these privacy controls now.
Image processing
Your selected images are processed locally in your browser. We do not upload, receive, store, inspect, or use their contents. Closing or refreshing the page clears the active file list.
Data we may process
Before consent, Google Consent Mode sends anonymous, cookieless pings that include your IP address (used transiently by Google to derive approximate location and prevent fraud, not used to set cookies or build a profile) so we can measure aggregate, modelled usage. If you consent to Analytics, Google Analytics 4 may additionally process online identifiers, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, interactions, and diagnostic information. If you consent to Advertising, Google AdSense may process identifiers and information about ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and personalization according to your Google settings and applicable law.
Purposes and consent
Analytics measures traffic, reliability, and feature usage. Advertising supports the service and measures ad performance. We use Google Consent Mode: before you consent, and if you reject, Google operates in a restricted "denied" state that sends only anonymous, cookieless signals and serves non-personalised ads — no analytics or advertising cookies are set and no profile is built. When you consent, cookies and personalisation are enabled for the purposes you allow. You may refuse or withdraw consent at any time through Cookie choices without losing access to image conversion.
Processors and transfers
Google acts as a service provider for Analytics and Advertising and may process data on infrastructure outside India, subject to its contractual safeguards and any restrictions imposed by Indian law. Review how Google uses data from partner sites.
Retention
We keep your consent choice in your browser until you change it or clear browser storage. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to our configured Google settings and Google's applicable retention rules. We do not retain uploaded image files because they are never uploaded.
Your rights
You may ask for a summary of personal data we control, correction, completion, erasure, or grievance redressal, and you may withdraw consent through Cookie choices at any time. You may also nominate another person to exercise applicable rights in the event of death or incapacity.
Children
This general-purpose converter is not directed to children and we do not knowingly request personal data from children. Optional analytics and advertising remain off unless consent is provided. A parent or lawful guardian may contact us about a child's data.
